Great Job! When it seemed there was no Hope!

I worked with Jason Childs and his team at The Short Sales Group, LLC for a little over a month on what seemed to me, a hopeless situation. I thought for sure I’d be moving in the next few months, from a house that had been home for over 16 years. I had modified my loan a few years back and I don’t know if I just needed the loan so bad that I missed the fine print or was just being dumb, but I missed the part of the Mod that said the interest rate on my loan would jump from 3.65% to 7.5% after 5 years. Needless to say, when I got the paperwork saying this was happening and that my mtg pymt would be jumping up $500 a month, on a house that I was already upside down on, I flipped out. After a lot of crying and dead ends, I was put in touch with Jason and his crew. Although I was a mess and at times a pain to deal with, they stayed strong for me and within a month had things ironed out with my mortgage company. I now have a house payment I can afford and approx. $30K reduction in my principle owed!! I would recommend to all that read this, don’t lose hope… call Jason!
