Rolling Oaks is situated between 14 and 13 mile roads off Drake Road. Heritage Hills rests between Drake and Farmington roads, south of W. 14 mile road.

Many of these spacious homes are 4-5 bedrooms with two or more baths, multi-car garages, swimming pools, large porches, basements, and are crafted with solid materials such as brick and wood, including wood floors. Many of the houses include fireplaces. The homes range in size from 1800 sq. ft. to 4400 sq. feet, and in the price range of around $160,000 – $400,000. The area first began development in the late 1950’s with many of the houses constructed through the 1980s. There are, however, newer homes in the community, built after the year 2,000.
