Located in Oakland County, Wolverine Lake is a village inside the Commerce Township. Wolverine Lake is home to approximately 4,410 Michigan residents. This charming village is named in honor of the local lake that was formed in the early 1920s when Spring, Mayie, Bickling, Taylor, Bradley, and Pork Barrel lakes were combined into one by the creation of a dam. The village was incorporated in 1954.
